Exhibitor spaces are comprised of a 10’ x 10’ (approx 3m x 3m). Exhibitors will load in and set up on Sunday afternoon, September 22, 2019, and break down the Wednesday afternoon, September 26, 2019.
- Pipe and drape display booth space
- One (1) six-foot (2.8m) skirted table
- Two (2) chairs
- Garbage can
- 500 watts of electrical service
- Access for two (2) attendees to all meals at the Dena’ina Monday through Wednesday of the conference (please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with allergy info)
Exhibitor booths will be located on the third floor of the Dena’ina Convention Center, and directly outside the main ballroom where all general sessions and meals will occur ensuring maximum visibility, exposure and interaction with attendees
